Increasing International Demand for Perseus EFM Solution Yields Dramatic International Growth; Company Hosts First Annual International Partner Conference

Innovative Use of Enterprise Feedback Management and Growing Roster of International Clients Doubles International Revenue in 2005

Braintree, Mass. – January 10, 2006 – Leading the transition from web survey software to Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) solutions, Perseus ( today announces that it is experiencing rapid international market adoption of its Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) application, with 2005 international revenue doubling over 2004. Reflecting the company's focus and commitment to meeting the needs of its global customer base, the Company recently assembled partners from Canada, UK, Nordics, Asia, and China for its first Annual Partners Conference for training and education, and to discuss the unique opportunities for EFM within the international market.

2005 represents the Company's fourth straight year of profitability worldwide. Fueling this growth, Perseus added more than 200 international customers, representing engagements in close to 20 countries including Canada, Chile, Singapore, Australia, Sweden, U.K, Belgium, Italy, and Germany.

In 2005 Perseus' international sales efforts secured new business from companies including GMTV, Motorola, Manulife, Seagate, Petronas, Schering Plough, AXA Belgium, Net Ratings, Canadian Federal Government, EnCana, and London School of Economics.
