Perseus Expands Executive Management Team in Response to Rapid Growth and Industry Adoption of Enterprise Feedback Management
Leading Provider of Enterprise Feedback Management Taps Software Industry Veterans as Senior Vice President, Sales and Vice President, Client Services
Braintree, Mass. – January 4, 2006 – Leading the transition from web-survey software to Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) solutions, Perseus today announces the appointment of two executives to its management team. Robert Martin has joined the Company as Vice President, Client Services and David Golan as Senior Vice President, Sales. These two software industry veterans join Perseus following a strong year of global growth generated by an increased market demand for Perseus SurveySolutions®/EFM.
Perseus recently expanded its EFM product line to ensure the effective delivery of feedback solutions for workgroups and departments as well as global enterprises. All configurations of EFM provide the advanced functional and analytical capabilities required to effectively manage the complex process of collecting critical feedback, integrating it with an existing knowledge base and sharing it securely and efficiently throughout the organization.

Martin brings more than 20 years of management experience in enterprise software companies to Perseus and will be responsible for strengthening the Company's customer relations initiatives. His management roles have spanned IT, software engineering, professional services, support and sales engineering. Previously, he was Director of Client Services for Lumigent Technologies where he was responsible for building its sales consulting and support initiatives, and propelled the Company's sales efforts to achieve 100 percent growth in 2003 and 2004. Prior to Lumigent, Martin held several senior management positions at Ascential Software where he developed a strategic sales services program. He holds a BA degree from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Boston College.
Golan's experience is marked by more than 18 years of successful sales, marketing and executive management experience that include field sales operations, domestic and international channel development and global product marketing within the enterprise and on-demand software products industry. He will leverage his experience in support of aggressive growth strategies for Perseus' rapidly expanding business lines. More specifically, Golan will focus on further development and expansion of the strategic EFM hosted solutions and international channels businesses. Most recently, Golan was Senior Vice President of Sales and Alliances for Salesnet, Inc. At Salesnet, he was responsible for driving worldwide direct and channel sales revenue for the on-demand CRM vendor in the explosive Software as a Service (SaaS) market and led the execution of a global alliance strategy in support of a 100% growth plan. Prior to Salesnet, Golan held senior executive positions as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for iET Solutions and Vice President of North American Field Operations at Applix. He holds a BA degree from the University of Vermont.
